    Hi,
I have root access to a server with WHM/Cpanel and suddenly all the packages of the resellers accounts disappeared of the listing at the time of creating a new account, but this appear in the edit package option of WHM. I can see all the packages without problem as root, and when root creates accounts appear it all, but to the resellers accounts no longer appears to them. I have found one first solution that it is editing in each reseller account each package (that is to say, to go to Edit Package and then press Edit buttom) and return to appear, but what does happen if they are many resellers with many packages? Is there some more fast way to return everything to normality?
    Thanks in advance!

    Best Regards
    maoc

Try these commands (in that order)
    mv /etc/userdomains /etc/userdomains.out
    /scripts/updateuserdomains
    /sbin/service cpanel restart

Thank you by your appreciate help, but it didn't work. The problem persists. root can see all packages on Create a New Account, but resellers accounts don't see them packages on Create a New Account Module.

We experienced this same problem after upgrading to cpanel Current 11.x. Reverted back to version Stable 10.x to correct it. This was on every server updated to cp 11.

Thank you by your appreciate help, but we don't have updated cpanel. Our server works with 10.x version since his installation.

Your ISP must have changed the resolver ip's. This happened to me before. Check with them.
