The problem was brought up the other day though I installed DNS ONLY SERVER.
As for the first problem, Apache did not start.
The second problem cannot log in 2087 ports to WHM.
Because Apache did not start, I uninstalled, and reinstalled Apache.
Moreover, I added the following.

httpd-devel-2.0.52-3
httpd-2.0.52-3
httpd-suexec-2.0.52-3
system-config-httpd-1.3.1-1
mod_ssl-2.0.52-3
mod_perl-1.99_16-3
mod_python-3.1.3-5.2
php-pgsql-4.3.9-3
php-devel-4.3.9-3
php-4.3.9-3
php-mysql-4.3.9-3
php-gd-4.3.9-3
php-ldap-4.3.9-3
php-pear-4.3.9-3
php-mbstring-4.3.9-3

And, when I reactivate the server, the following problems are brought up to top command information.
2274 root 15 0 4292 1308 1072 S 0.0 0.3 0:00.00 S85httpd

Under such a condition, I cannot see WEBSITE.
WEBSITE can be seen in stopping S85httpd by and the kill command, and reactivating httpd.

And.

Moreover, I understand to WHM that it is a thing that stunnel doesn't start that cannot log in 2
087 ports.
It never starts though the following commands are tested. Is there a thing that another can do
me?

[email protected] [/scripts]# cd /usr/local/cpanel/etc/stunnel/default/
[email protected] [/usr/local/cpanel/etc/stunnel/default]# ls
./ ../ stunnel.conf
[email protected] [/usr/local/cpanel/etc/stunnel/default]# /usr/sbin/stunnel /usr/local/cpanel/etc/stunnel/default/stunnel.conf

Go on, have a guess
The DNS ONLY version of cPanel does not need apache installed as it uses its own version on installation. I would suggest that you run:

/scripts/upcp --force

If stunnel isn't running up you should still be able to login using the non ssl port http://11.22.33.44:2086

And make sure that you're not blocking access to the port in iptables.
