Hi,

I've been receiving this email for 2 weeks, everyday. I don't know what it exactly mean and how to solve it.

The process “pkgacct - some users - av: 4 - write compressed stream” stalled while it ran for user “root”.
The process has run for “12 hours and 3.37 seconds”.

At the time that the system generated this notification, the process had a PID of “23276”, and it consumed 0.45% of the system’s memory and 0.01% of the system’s CPU time.

Thank you for your support.

Hey there! The most likely explanation is that the backups on your server are taking too long to run due to high load. Can you check one of the log files in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup to see if that shows an issue with the backup process? If so, you may see something similar to this in the log, although your specific numbers may be different:

Code:
System load is currently 10.35;
waiting for it to go down below 10.00 to continue …
If that is what is happening on your machine, we have some details on how to deal with that here:

Let me know if this helps!
