What should be the proper value for the option queue_only_load and deliver_queue_load_max in Exim config?

    Currently I have deliver_queue_load_max = 3 and queue_only_load unspecified. Is this OK?

Every Sunday and Wednesday when one of my user sends out bulk emails (activated by cronjob), my server load will shoot up to more than "8.0" for about 30 minutes. What are the values for the above two variables so that my problem can be solved?

There's no "proper" value. The defaults are usually fine. If they're not for you, then you need to play with them and see what works for your server setup.
