    Hello,

In my WHM - Home >> Email >>View Sent Summary

I see this notification - Note: The rebuild of this database that started on 4/12/17 at 3:21 PM UTC is still in progress. The process ID is “700541”. Search results may be incomplete until the rebuild finishes.

For more details see attached screenshot.

As per notification this process started on 12th Apr 2017 and not yet completed after so many days. I suspect that its interrupted as after upgrading the cpanel at around date 12th Apr 2017 to latest version, I rebooted the server twice.

Can experts tell me how to complete this process properly.

    Thanks

There is no such file named as - servers_queue.yaml at path /var/cpanel/taskqueue/

    I see only 4 files there -

    servers_queue.json
    servers_queue.stor
    servers_sched.json
    servers_sched.stor

    Thanks

    Hello,

To update, it looks like removing a stale /var/cpanel/eximstats_db_import_in_progress link to a process that no longer existed fixed the issue.

    Thank you.
