Hello,

Could you elaborate on your last response? For instance, are you asking if disabling Mod_Userdir protection on a test server will affect that same option on a separate production server?

Thank you.

Does this server use cPanel version 66? If so, try browsing to "WHM Home » Service Configuration » Apache Configuration » Global Configuration" and setting "Optimize .htaccess (AllowOverride)" to "Search "/" and Below" to see if this solves the issue.

Thank you.

Hello,

cPanel version 11.30 is end-of-life and thus no longer supported. Is there anything in-particular preventing you from updating to a newer cPanel version?

Thank you.

We have more than 2000 domains which are up and running any impact /downtime if we update?
Hello,

cPanel updates will not typically result in downtime, however you may want to consider opening a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can assist you with this update due to the age of the currently installed cPanel version.

Thank you.
