    I am getting this error 3 times per day.
    The service "cphulkd" appears to be down.

    And after 5 minutes of getting this email i get an other one that says: The service "spamd" is now operational.

    Hello,

    Please post the output from the following command so we can better diagnose the issue:

    Code:
    grep '' /etc/redhat-release /usr/local/cpanel/version /var/cpanel/envtype ; grep CPANEL= /etc/cpupdate.conf
    Thanks!

    Thanks

    Hi sorry for not doing this sooner! We are still having the same issue. The output is as follows:

    /etc/redhat-release:CentOS release 6.8 (Final)
    /usr/local/cpanel/version:11.56.0.28
    /var/cpanel/envtype:kvm
    CPANEL=release

    Thanks

    Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
