Hi guys,
I am getting this error

Looks like you restarted MySQL. Are you having some sort of issue?

I didn't restart it, I am getting this error in my mail and then my site goes down for 10 minutes.. after 10 minutes another mail comes with mysql recovered message,,, What should I do to solve this issue?
