The service “tailwatchd” appears to be down.

hi ,from 9 sep , server started sending me email "FAILED : tailwatchd "
it says tailwatchd is not running ,but i checked its already running. like this
6833 (tailwatchd) /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/524/bin/perl /root tailwatchd

but /scripts/restartsrv_tailwatchd --status shows
Enabled
Not running

if i killed tailwatchd manually and execute /usr/local/cpanel/libexec/tailwatchd --start .then
check status ,it shows running with PID number.

how to resolve it ,i recevie email of this every hour.


This is Startup log in the email .every email has the same startup log ,
