    Hello,

On our linux server we have on directory in /home/virtfs. The size of this directory is more than 90GB. Due to this we are out of disk space on the server.

how to reduce the directory size for /home/virtfs. What will happen if we delete the data from this directory. How to fix this space issue on the server.

    Thank You.

If you delete that dir, you will kill your server. /home/virtfs is actually hardlinks (a type of alias) to other locations on your server. It is not consuming all your disk space in and of itself. Do some searching here for virtfs (which stands for virtual file system).
