The system cannot grant privileges to the MySQL user

    Hello,
    I got the following error message when trying to move a CPanel to another server
    Any suggestion on how to handle this case?

    The system cannot grant privileges to the MySQL user because of an error: (XID vmtzsj) is too long by 2 characters. A MariaDB/MySQL username cannot exceed 16 characters
