No, because WHM runs in the container. You have to have access to the host node shell.

If this is truly a dedicated server, they should have given you access to the host node where virtuozzo runs.

If you don't have that access you will need to contact your provider.

Hello @Tarak Nath,

Did you install cPanel & WHM directly on the host node that was running Virtuozzo? If so, that's an unsupported configuration. Instead, if you want to use Virtuozzo, you should setup an individual VPS under the host node and install cPanel & WHM directly on the VPS.

It looks like it's a VPS server based on the server information in the support ticket. You'll want to reach out to your provider to let them know you ordered a dedicated server if that's what you intended.
