The system failed to connect to the PostgreSQL database error

    (XID 3xxp4q) The system failed to connect to the “PostgreSQL” database “postgres” because of an error: connection_failure (could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?) at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Create.pm line 1228.

    Can you confirm if PostgreSQL was uninstalled (or it's RPMs removed) prior to encountering this error message? To check, review the output from the command below:

    I have this issue and this is my output

    [root@dedivps-75533 ~]# rpm -qa|grep postgresql
    postgresql-9.2.24-1.el7_5.x86_64
    postgresql-server-9.2.24-1.el7_5.x86_64
    cpanel-postgresql-libs-9.2.24-2.cp1178.x86_64
    postgresql-libs-9.2.24-1.el7_5.x86_64
    cpanel-postgresql-9.2.24-2.cp1178.x86_64

    i have fixed this issue as it was not configured on my WHM.

    i have initialted this and created a user and all now works well.
