The system failed to parse the JSON stream data

Hi.
After Update 98.0.6 am not able to accept any order from WHMCS. Because when I accept I got this error

Error: API failure: (XID sfj7d7) The system failed to load and to parse the file “/var/cpanel/databases/bwxzliju.json” because of an error: (XID 8yc4f2) The system failed to parse the JSON stream data “{"version":1,"PGSQL":{},"MYSQL":{"dbs":{},"dbusers":{},"noprefix":{},"owner":"bwxzliju","server":"1.2.3.4.5"}}t” for the caller “(eval)” because of an error: garbage after JSON object, at character offset 114 (before "t") at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/JSON.pm line 123.

After That I checked from WHM account was successfully created. But when I log in cPanel and go to the Database section Database service showing down. Then I go to Zone Editor and in Zone Editor only 5 to 6 DNS records created. other all TXT SPF records missing. Or When I click to Reset DNS Zone Am getting this error.


Error: The API request failed with the following error: 500 - Internal Server Error.

I don't know why this happening all new accounts facing the same problem. Am facing this error in almost 3 servers.

Hey there! I'm not seeing any open issues related to WHMCS on my end. Have you contacted them about this issue to see if they are aware of a problem? You're always welcome to open a ticket with our support team as well so we can investigate this, but if account creation is working normally in WHM, it sounds like an issue with WHMCS that they would need to examine.
