    Just as you can detect this unusual amount:

    Is there an API or any other option through which we can also detect an unusually large amount of outgoing email?

    Hello @rdgonzalez,

    For reference, the functionality you mentioned stems from the following feature added in cPanel & WHM version 72:

    There are no corresponding API functions associated with this feature. The /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/eximstats_spam_check script is setup as part of a cron job and used to query the eximstats database, and report possible spammers.
