    Hi,

Are you having problems wthe the cpanel stats or the bandwidth usage in WHM.. If it's with the cpanel stats, then it is most probably due to high server load.. Stats won't work fine, if the load goes beyond a certain point, stats for the user won't work.. This is more pronounced on users with very high traffic...

If you need to increase the server load limit below which stats should not be suspended, increase the value of extracpus in the file - /var/cpanel/cpanel.config

    Hi!

Prompt what size it is recommended to put in extracpus that there were no further such problems?

    Thanks.

Depends.. Anyway, upto 7, 8 won't create much problems... Do restart cpanel after you make this change. If the load is still high, try to find out the reason for the load going high... please contact a sysadmin to do that. If the only option is a server upgrade, then go for it. :)

I have seen this problem with many of our clients. I suggest you secure your server right away, before it's too late. We can help!
