The users list missing from "restore backups"

I have formatted the main drive but have daily and weekly backups in the secondary hdd. Now i need to restore all the users data from it to the main one.

But when i open the https://x.x.x.x:2087/scripts2/backuprestore and click on daily tab, i see no users to restore the daily backup whereas the data is there in the second hdd. Why is that so? and what shall i do!

same problem here with tree of our box's
all the accounts just not appears in the restore list users.

Cpanel 11 + FreeBsD 6.2
