The website cannot be accessed. such occurrences are all on my cpanel. Previously I installed litespeed, then now it has expired, and slightly changed the easyapache settings. What is the solution for this? I am almost desperate and want to create a new WHM, but I think it will take a long time because there is a lot of data in my current WHM.

I would advise you create a ticket.

Alternatively run /scripts/upcp --force

Does this occur on all websites or just one?

If all else fails uninstall litespeed and see if that helps - it may be in the litespeed plugin litespeed and apache are down. Try switching to Apache.
