    G'day.

    Recently upgraded from WHM 10.x to 11.x

    Ran X Skin Migration Wizard on all user accounts. Noticed that it didn't appear to list all user accounts, but didn't think too much of it at the time.

    Now when I "list all accounts" in WHM, some of the account show 'x3' in the theme column, but many of the accounts list the theme as 'unknown', and yet when I click on the cPanel link they most definitely have been converted to x3.

    So how do I get the 'unknown' to display 'x3', or perhaps there is some sort of problem that needs attending to?

    Thx.

    The ones that list 'unknown', were they using the X theme previously?

    Yup, but nothing to see. Nothing is being list as being left or available to convert.

    Did you try running migration wizard a second time?

    What is shown in the /var/cpanel/users/user_name file for RS ?

    For example, an x3 user will ahve the following entry:

    RS=x3

    While an X user would have this:

    RS=x

    Pick a user whose theme is displayed as 'unknown' and check their user file.

    RS=

    That would explain 'unknown'!

    I wonder if there is a way to fix this without manually editing one file at a time?
