Themes and Frontpage

We have a customer who is trying to use themes with frontpage and it doesnt seem to be working, does anyone know if themes is compatable with the implementation Cpanel uses?

Themes & cPanel

Yes using/switching themes in FP has always worked fine on cPanel servers.

Had a customer who got updated to the latest extensions and lost his themes when reinstalling his extensions.
So I removed his files, installed the extensions on the empty webroot and then copied the files back (not the ones starting with underscore and such) and it looked ok - but as soon as he connects with Frontpage it wipes the themes again.

Moving FrontPage Files from One Location to Another

Problem

When a FrontPage Web is copied to a different location on the same disk or another disk and I load this FrontPage Web, the navigation information is lost.

Solution

If you just copy the FrontPage Web files to another location, you will lose the navigation information. You must publish the Web to a different location to get the files there and keep the navigation information.

Since our customer only used the online edit tool, he didnt ever download the website to his computer.. I sent him a zipfile of the whole website, but im not sure he will be able to get the navigation files running again.

This happened after moving accounts from one server to another btw.
