There are no databases associated with your account

    Hello everybody

    I have a WHM and i have create more cPanel account, but have one cPanel account i have exist usernames and databases name. It was working normally. But today when i go to that cPanel account:

    Home > MySQL Databases

    it show error mess: There are no databases associated with your account.

    Also with Users:
    There are no users associated with your account.

    Where are you seeing these error messages, can you post a screenshot please?

    If you do not have access to that server via root user, you wouldn't have access to take a look in this directory:
    /var/lib/mysql/

    That's where the databases should be located.

    Can you see the databases normally via phpMyAdmin?

    Yes, everything still there, database and user still working. every website still working..

    You might want to open a ticket with your Hosting Provider about this, or directly with cPanel Technical Support if you wish.
