There are no databases associated with your account

    Hello everybody

    I have a WHM and i have create more cPanel account, but have one cPanel account i have exist usernames and databases name. It was working normally. But today when i go to that cPanel account:

    Home > MySQL Databases

    it show error mess: There are no databases associated with your account.

    Also with Users:
    There are no users associated with your account.

    If you do not have access to that server via root user, you wouldn't have access to take a look in this directory:
    /var/lib/mysql/

    That's where the databases should be located.

    Can you see the databases normally via phpMyAdmin?

    Yes, everything still there, database and user still working. every website still working..
