That message normally means that the IP address used for the site isn't populating with the DNS name, yet. You'd normally get it when you change either the site's IP, or A / NS records in the DNS settings.

Does anyone know though, how to change this default message? It's a cPanel page with the blue cPanel header. I'd love to use my own page for this

You don't seem to have your nameservers properly set up

Kurtis,
Your Have you checked your IP(s) that translate to NS1.REDBULLSERVERS.COM
and NS2.REDBULLSERVERS.COM. As of this moment they do not seem to be right. While this may not be the totality of the problem it can not help.
