theres how to UN restore!?

    I HAVE a forum and of my DB crashs and i restore it with a backup in WHM but, but this backup is old.. now i dont have any backup of crash DB, when i use restore mysql its overwrite and lost it forever the DB being overwrited?

    Once you overwrite data in a database, there is no way to un-overwrite that data. Your best bet is to find another backup and attempt to restore from that. Perhaps another WHM backup or a manual MySQL dump you may have done or set up manually.
