There's no PostgreSQL on SQL Services

I installed PostgreSQL 9.5 and Postgis 2.5.5 on Cpanel. They are plugged in properly and connected too. But on SQL Services, I can't find "Configure PostgreSQL" or PostgreSQL. What should I do? Did I miss something?

Did you configure PostgreSQL in WHM at WHM>>SQL Services>>Configure PostgreSQL

Sorry for this question, but how can you install PostgreSQL 9.5 and Postgits 2.5.5, there's a guide to do that ? Because reading on internet about that makes me a nightmare, everything works bad and it's too hard to fix it. Now I've 9.2.24 again as cPanel has no support for newest versions.
