This site can't be reached error

He Cpanel team,
i am facing problem in Cpanel access installed in Google cloud instane.
for the command ,

cd /home && curl -o latest -L https://securedownloads.cpanel.net/latest && sh latest

I already installed the WHM. which shows successfully installed. after installation i changed passwd, than i configure the firewall rules.
after that when i tried to access the page by browser : https://xx.xx.xx.xx:2083

it shows this message in browser :
This site can’t be reached
xx.xx.xx.xx took too long to respond.

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Please assist if anyone great.

Make sure your server is able to connect with cPanel download server. Try checking outgoing connection blockage by any firewall if you have any.

i too faced same issue today and searched everywhere on internet for resolution about 4-5 hrs and finally the problem solved by resetting the wifi router...
