All I wanted to do, was to request that cpanel improve their bandwidth monitoring so it included ftp, http, pop, smtp (nntp if they even support it), and any more that would make things better.
But oh no... to put in a feature request you have to get a new login name, and post it in as a bug. Also, the complaints bit is off-limits! Why have it if its not there to be used?
