I usually donnot see any updates during fri-sun
Also both times when i submitted a ticket, it was on a friday, and it usually gets answered on monday morning
I think everyone who handles cPanel sales is away too, a license order was put in by rackshack for me about 68 hours ago and Rackshack said it will take 24-48 hours so someone must be away.

That happened to us too, unfortunately. Took almost 4 full days to get it resolved. Best of luck.
