    Three different servers.

    Right after upgrade to 11.25

All show an average disk i/o on the "/" partition (basically everything except /home and mysql) of around 1k/sec

Look at the green, xvda bytes written. See how it's constantly got those peaks there at 2k/sec (written)?

That wasn't there before 11.25, and three servers. Maybe more.

    Any ideas?

Removing /usr/local/apache/logs/error* ; restart Apache fixed it

Must have had something to do with log rotation.

Removing error_log which was at the rotation limit and restarting Apache made all that I/O go away.

See attached graph, note the drop in I/O around 00:00 (10-11 hours prior current graph time)
