When we pass from Plesk to cPanel (is much better for my) some of our clients facing this problem:

This POP3 server does not seem to support encrypted passwords. If you just set up this account, please try changing to 'Normal password' as the 'Authentication method' in the 'Account Settings | Server settings'. If it used to work and now suddenly fails, please contact your email administrator or provider.

may a have any response please?

Best regards

Hello :)

Yes, please have the customers follow the instructions in that message:

please try changing to 'Normal password' as the 'Authentication method' in the 'Account Settings | Server settings'.
Authentication will still be encrypted as long as you keep the "SSL/TLS" option enabled.

Thank you.
