Ticket open 24 hours, mail not working what do you do?

    We are at a lost, we have a ticket open like 24 hours, and as a result of the trouble with it, it is now about 3 hours or so with email not working properly (socket type errors that mess up updates). We are swamped with complaints, does any one know of a way to escalate an issue? This is killing us :( cPanel ID# 78952 Our data center is also at a lost and opened up a ticket for us just in case...
