I have been trying to submit a ticket for a while now through the tickets.cpanel.net site. Each time I get to the screen where I enter usernames and passwords, the I get a error 500 return when clicking "next". Then, I am not able to access the ticket system at all. I suspect the problem may be due to the size of the problem description - I included a copy of the output of upcp to help diagnose the problem I am reporting. I tried resubmitting without the upcp data and it appears to work fine.
