Does anyone know where I can get a good ticket system for my customers to use for support, the type where thay can log in and leave a problem description and get an email back assigning a ticket etc....]

Any ideas would be greatly welcomed...

I had a look at Ticketsmith and was thinking of using it, but it hasn't been updated since 2001 Nov. and is no longer maintained. Still, it is really easy to setup and looks pretty decent -- just doesn't have a lot of the features newer Support scripts do.

I have used supportclient.com for about a year now, its a paid service but for the little amount they charge its a great service without haiving to worry about installs and such on your server...
