Can you let us know if you see any specific errors in the php error log (if you've set php to log errors) or the apache error log?

    Hi @Zahra95

Does this occur when attempting to view the sitemap? Ultimately we'd need something that's directly related to attempts to view it. Also it might be useful to ensure nothing in your .htaccess is blocking access to sitemaps as well

    Thanks!
