Time Warp Troubles

Hi cPanel,
I have a problem.... I have been editing my page (www.expat-expo.info) for the last few days and adding lots of new info, a little bit at a time.

Suddenly out of nowhere the page has gone backwards in time by 3 days and all of the additions I have made over the last few days have vanished. I have been editing the page 5 or 6 times a day, so the edits were not all added at once. Everything was going along just fine....then this evening I looked at the page and discovered it has reverted to the way it looked 3 days ago!
I am new to all of this...did I do something wrong? As far as I know I didn't. Is there a ghost in the machine? Is there some kind of emergency back-up. Please help...I cant bear doing all the edit again!

Ed - if you are an end user, I would check with the reseller of your account. If are a "host" then I would check with your data center. From you description, it sounds like you were making these changes online (ie. not locally on your computer, and then uploading them).

Sounds like somewhere along the way a restoration of a nightly back up may have taken place.
