Timeout in port 80 and no emails

Hi everyone,

Today during the night my server stop working like it should because @ this morning i got this issues:

• I receive emails only if the account is in my server (emails from internal account to other internal account) and from outside i dont receive and i cant send any email;
• Any domain works in port 80 but if i try connect to cpanel like this example.com:2083 works fine but if i try example.com/cpanel dont work;
• My FTP account works perfectily;
• I try to make WHM update and i got this message:
  • [2020-11-09 14:47:11 +0000] Resolving securedownloads.cpanel.net (securedownloads.cpanel.net)... failed: Name or service not known.
    [2020-11-09 14:47:11 +0000] wget: unable to resolve host address 'securedownloads.cpanel.net'

I will appreciate any help resolving this...

Sorry but i found the problem and it was not CPanel issue or something in software but my internet server provider change the main IP of the router and messed up the traffic to my fixed IP address in Port 4 of that router.
