Timeout while trying to fetch...

    It's probably the same issue as in this thread;

    I've also just tried a cPanel upgrade via WHM and SSH and both stall at the same point (around 10% in). The cPanel server must be having some issues at the moment.

    A tracert indicates no routing issues from the UK so that's all I can think of.

    I'd suggest leaving it a while to see what happens. If your desperate submit a ticket
