/tmp is read-only, what to do ?

Hi!
I found mysql and eximstats is down, and send a ticket to cpanel, got answer:

> Your /tmp directory seems to be mounted read-only, which is preventing
mysql
> from starting. You'll need to mount your /tmp read-write.
> Thank you.
But my question is, how to do that ? How to make my /tmp read-write ?
