One of my main drives failed on a heavily loaded unit yesterday morning, I just wanted to take a moment to Thank Chirpy for all the excellent notes you have posted for restorations/repairs they were soooo valuable in getting my customers back to service without loss of data and without a billion configuration problems.

#148726 - I still dont understand what they did but they did a superior job fixing it!
Cpanel staff has definitely made great strides in improving their time to service tickets as well, I had one issue with the mail server after all was said and done and I opened a ticket and it was not only answered but they fixed it as well within 30 minutes of the ticket being opened-
