    I create manually the new account (30 MB) in WHM and
    AT ONCE - Disc Space Usage 6 MB!

    My client at all does not know, that I
    have created the him account!

    I some times deleted and created the
    account ... The Result identical - Disc Space - 30 MB;
    Space Usage - 6 MB!

    This is a common problem in Cpanel. Every so often, Either the Admin or a reseller client will create an acount and then it automaticly shows that the account is using *MB of space.

    The only way to get around this when you create an account that shows it's using web space is to delete that account, then create an account like dummytest.com and give it enough space to cover the used space it claimed before.

    If you run into the problem later on in the future, create a dummytest2.com account.

    We had this happen about 3 times while filling up one server with about 250 accounts.

    Regards,
    Chris
