    Hello techies,

I had a recent kernel upgradation form 2.4 to 2.6.10-grsec and now tomcat and spamd is not working.

I am being getting mails at regular intervals saying the the service has failed and that it was started automagically.

It was working perfectly fine before the upgradation.

In the backend when i do a ps on the spamd process I get the following result:

    ps aux |grep spamd
    root 19705 0.2 0.7 19932 15696 ? S 08:56 0:00 /usr/bin/spamd -d --allowed-ips= --pidfile=/var/run/ --max-children=5
    root 8726 0.0 0.0 4856 724 pts/1 S 08:58 0:00 grep spamd

Also the file /usr/local/jakarta/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28/logs/catalina.out reads :

    # HotSpot Virtual Machine Error, Internal Error
    # Please report this error at
    # Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (1.4.2_05-b04 mixed mode)
    # Error ID: 4F533F4C494E55583F491418160E435050035E

    Heap at VM Abort:

Can anyone help me solve this issue .
