Anyone familiar with enabling (if not by default) and using struts with Tomcat 5.x when installed via WHM's addon modules?

The very few (3 or so) threads about struts with tomcat are very outdates

There's no such thing as "Enabling Struts". Struts is an application framework; you use it as the basis for building an individual application (uses an MVC design approach). The core components of Struts are deployed as part of the individual application. I'd recommend you go visit http://struts.apache.org and read up. That being said; this really isn't the appropriate forum for a discussion on Struts; and given the type of question you asked, I'd also recommend you just send the customer that is inquiring as to whether you support Struts to a knowledgeable Java provider before you get yourself in "too deep" and can't "dig yourself out".
