Top Process: [php5] showing in WHM tons of times

This is from WHM's daily usage report. I am wondering why there is 3 different instances of "php5" and is there anything to worry about?

Or = script used by 3 conections web

I've only got 2 cpanel accounts on this server, so why do they show 3 times?
As well, why does the two have the brackets [ ] where the other doesn't?

Then:

domain.com in differents Scripts (2 or more persons open you web)

Or X script (in domain.com) is used by 3 conections web
