Total disk space shows more on cpanel homepage than on disk space usage page

Title says it all really.

Total disk space shows more on cpanel homepage than on disk space usage page.

What would cause this, how to fix it?

I don't really want to run fixquotas script as there are a lot of customers on this server and a lot of them have custom space or bandwidth settings when I believe get reset back to the plan defaults when running this script.
