Total Disk USED and allocate disk by hosting provider

I have taken a new reseller account my whm showing total 3250MB disk used of 5-7 account, but my hosting provider saying you used your 5GB.

I said him

"Again getting error "ERROR:> Exceeded storage allocation." i only used 3252MB and i have 5GB package. Please resolve it asap "

Hosting provider reply

"we ahve allreaady infomed you space is used by bandwith stats logs and lot of other files
you need to upgrade your plan"

i asked him

"please show me about my 5Gb space so i will upgrade. There is no grantee also if i upgrade to 10gb and you stopped me at 5gb after saying another 5gb is using your stat logs and other files.As per my knowledge all the mail , trash, etc folder are the parts of disk used space in whm. I am just now searching google and finding the correct answer.

Please help to calculate the space i used or what i am thinking is telling me lie. Is it possibel 2GB of stat and other files which is hidden.

Any Hosting Provider who can't spell properly, nor can give you account usage details on request, is probably not the best host to go with, no matter the cost savings.

Back it up (if you can) and get out of there.

On a side note, if you have Analog stats enabled, it will indeed use some space on the account. Backups on accounts can also use up space. You should be able to see which accounts are using the most space and figure this out, even as a Reseller I would think.
