ok sombody must know whats going on
so ill start at the top
i have a vps unmanaged
so heres goes my issues
for some reason a while ago my sites would just vanish for no reason vps company would say all goo they even after me bugging them setup a proxmox so i could turn my entire server off and on ect
the sites would return then go it all over again in the end resently the transfered me to another ip address and i wa d told al i needed to do was setup my dns again with my registrar company (godaddy) and that should be that but it seems to not work my sites would just fail to appear after 3 days ect so i asked c-panel(buyc-panel.com) to reinstall my entire c-panel from new and i would go from there all went well new c-panel has been install all seemed good
so i started to upload my sites and then setup the nameserver bits with my ip address
well this is where it all seems messed up and i have no idea why or how
i can see my site fine BUT my fellows users do not see it i have users in usa that is getting a site not there error i have users on the uk getting the same thing but i see it all fine i checked my my phone all there i checked it out on the road all there
i setup a second site and using the same process as the first with the nameserver and dns and i do not even see that site i 've other ways and read every single thing on setting up the nameserver and linking the ip to your registrar and so far nothing seems to work right
i tried to ask buy-cpanel to see what they said bt sadly they basicly tell you to go and get lost as its not what they are there for only etting up the c-panel (this i find annoying and off at $180+ a year but what can you do they say use our other service but at a further $45 pm and no get out clause on top of the other costs for that it gets very costly for me i could stretch around $25pm i just dont see the need to payout that ammout everymonth for a small setup like mine and my sites are non profit or cash ran sites )
so i am now a week of no sites and are at a loss as to what the hell is going on with my domain bits so that everyone can see my sites or why it seems they show for some and not others or errors
any ideas or anyone want to sort this out for me best i can do is a one off $45 to get this sorted or anyone got any ideas i would be very great i bet its somthing so dam simple i will kick myself but i am at a total loss i can do everything else on my sites but this dns and names server set-up bit is just baffling me or i just dont know whats going on
