total newbie - can't even add codes to my site

    even the thread i tried to post didn't work - so try again!

    i am totally new to this whole website thing.

    i want to know where and how to add html codes in cpanel

    for example:
    i have enabled CGI wrapping
    i have a script for a page counter which i have saved in a notepad
    i have uploaded to public html scgi
    and it views as a txt plain file
    how do i get it to show on my site

    Duplicate posts in several forums won't help get the job done. Your host can be better help you with this, that's what you pay them for. There are easier ways to go, one example:
