Hello everyone,

I just install a CSF on my Dedicated Hosting, and this is my first time a csf.

I want to know what is a reason some/one of my client IP was on csf.deny

I was check on exim_mainlog, maillog, but their IP is no there. Any suggest where is other i must check ?

Just in case if they ask me (as Admin) why they are lock out (can not access web,mail,etc)

The deny reason can be found in /etc/csf/csf.deny

Hello

There are several rules implemented by CSF that could trigger the blocking of an IP address. It's possible the client made too many connection requests in a short period of time.
