I have created a lot of forwarders for account via cPanel->Forwarders->Add forwarders, and disable boxtrapper for all those forwarders. But when I click Trace for any forwarder, it only shows this message (the original message is printed in image format, so I have to retype it):

    central_filter via /etc/userdomains
Forwarders in other accounts in the same server show the normal message, such as:

    virtual_aliases_nostar via /etc/valiases/
      lookuphost via [IP] MX=0
Anybody know what caused this trace problem? Thank you.
