Track Delivery for secondary email accounts.

    Hi, I have a website like "example.com".

    A main and some secondary email accounts exist in my website.
    The main and default one is "example@example.com".
    There are secondary accounts too. like: "info@example.com" & "support@example.com".

    Now the question is: Which accounts does "Track Delivery" option in CPanel track?
    How can I track all of the accounts?

    The "Track Delivery" feature tracks email delivery attempts from all email accounts setup under the cPanel account.

    Every time I run a report, "The search matches 0 records." How to fix it?

    As a website owner, you'd need to report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look to see why Exim stats are not logged for your domain name.
