I found many tutorials on the transfer of accounts from the old to the new server. But almost all assume that I have root access to the old server.

I have a reseller account with WHM access to the old server (about 70 accounts). Necessary accounts to pass without changing the user's password, but I do not know users' passwords. To a new server I have root access.

In the past, when I walked in reseller hosting, so I arrange transfer dealer (only had access to WHM), and even without changing user passwords, so I know that it can move.

Alternatively, the I would like to transfer it manually, as you can see through WHM Hels current user?

    Thanks

I do not know about any way of using reseller account to tranfer accounts automatically, but you can always do a backup-restore:

    Do this for each account:
Go to cpanel for the account
    Click Backup
Click on "Download or Generate a Full Website Backup"
Choose "Secure Copy (SCP)" in the dropdown
Add the data for the new server
    The Remote dir has to be any of: /home, /home2, /home3, /root, /usr, /usr/home, /web
    Generate the backup

    When this is done,
log in to WHM on new server
Choose "Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file" under Backup
    Enter username and Restore

Was quite some time since I did this, but it worked fine at that time.
